I am so greatful for all of the help with the christmas ball covers!!! Thank You!!!

I was wondering if anyone had written instructions for a catherine wheel pattern? I need to make a baby blanket and thought this stitch looked nice. Youtube has a short video but it only shows a cluster and I don't have audio on my computer anyway. I do better with written instructions. I saw a rainbow blanket on pintrest that has inspired me but there were no instructions. If anyone can help I would be greatful. Thank you, Kat
