And the only description I found is not in English

Addams13, This lady makes beautiful Barbie dresses in knit and crochet. She sells her dresses there are no patterns associated with the dresses. There is a picture on her site that is similar to the same dress you posted but in pink and it sells for $8.39.

She has a sign up or sign in message in English where you can write her a message asking for this pattern maybe that will work. The link for this is below the picture.

There are Barbie dresses on the Internet you can get the measurements for the doll and look at the picture and try to make it yourself.
