Is there a difference between cushion dolls and pillow dolls? Just curious!

We also have quite a few members who create dolls, so maybe they will be able to help us out! :0)

Yes, there is a difference. The basic Pillow Doll is just the doll with a flowing costume whereas the Cushion Doll has an attached cushion to it & it only uses a 1/2 doll. When completed, the cushion pillow doll has a more solid bottom and sits better than the general pillow doll. As I said in an earlier post, I have one pattern that is just beautiful but I would like a different pattern just so that I am not making the same thing over and over again.

cushion dolls have a more stable base on which to sit as opposed to the doll standing on it's feet & also the cushion doll is used with a half doll rather than a full size doll.
