Just over two years ago we were working at getting this pattern translated from Russian. Apparently, it was originally written in English and it's on Ravelry: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/motif-jacket Better yet, the S. Charles Collezione, Fall/Winter 2006 Collection
by Tahki Stacy Charles, Inc. publication it's in is being sold on Amazon and eBay.
