Ladies, I was told that a person could search by photo/picture? on google. But I don't know how to do that. Has anyone tried that by chance? If possible, would be worth a try. It is a very nice pattern.

sorry, I thought maybe you had done that, get the picture on your computer, then go to google, and ask for whatever you are seeking, at the top of the page will come IMAGES, click that, will show more pics, and then a little camera will be at the end of the line for googling, click on that, and will ask for your picture from computer, put in where needed, and click away, will come up what you are seeking, perhaps not the exact, but similar. If trouble, let me know will try and help more, that part is the fun part, so much to look at.

that is one of those items from a foreign country, with balloons inside the works to keep them round. So far, we have not been able to glean a pattern for the item, but always hopeful, never know when it shows up. Maybe someone on Etsy has something similar, but haven't seen it at all. Keep eyes open over summer, might just cross our path.

Thanks Shaddy, I didn't know you could do that. I googled crochet and then clicked on 'images' and then clicked on the camera and picked a picture of a cloud that I have in 'pictures' and it uploaded and this is what came up
https://www.google.com/search?sa=G&h...6jWi2PEhnZBkM: Pretty cool
after clicking on this if you click on view you can see a picture of a lightning bolt

you know having this machine brings so much to my doorstep, I am learning still at my age, and that is some years too. Now, of course, you know how to advance your crochet seeking skills. Good luck.

Hi Shaddy,
What do you mean 'advance my crochet seeking skills?' Do you mean that I can learn a new stitch if I decide to?

not exactly, what I meant was, you can look up a pattern using the picture feature, sometimes is found on pinterest, and good way to track down what you want. Yes, I spoze you could even learn new stitches too, I am getting way too old for that sort of thing anymore, I just enjoy helping, and looking at what the gals make

Hi Deb,
I googled crocheted starched snowman and clicked on images and saw the above picture and it said it was on Pinterest and I clicked on it and then I clicked on 'visit' and it brought a bunch of pictures up and I saw the above snowman again and I clicked on it and it brought me back to Crochet Talk.
