Help! I am looking for a simple blanket pattern (Twin+)
I am looking for a simple blanket pattern size twin or larger that incorporates a single crochet stitch with a cross-over "x" for detail. I've seen a blanket for sale like this but would like to make one for my daughter.
Thank you for your time.

Hello,
I am not sure if this is the style of stitching you are looking for, but I thought I would share with you. There is a picture you can click on in the article which will give you a larger view of the stitching.

Why not try this stitch, I have used it to make one of my purses that I have made. Chain the number of stitches you need for the bed length then on the second row sc then dc next stitch and keep going in that way alternating the stitiches. I forget what the name of the stitch is but it has a great pattern. Good luck with the afghan!!!
