Written "Rings of Love" Instuctions

I saw this and fell in love with it.. I can't keep up with the video and I miss some of the dialog. Does any one know where to find written directions for this.

Update: I spent a couple of hours watching the video for this pattern and I think I have all the directions. As soon as I get it typed I will post.
