There are a lot of free patterns out there. you can google search free crochet animal hat patterns. Here is a good site. You can easily adapt your favorite beanie or ear flap hat pattern also to any picture you find. Just use your basic techniques for eyes, ears and mouth etc. or check this site out from the yarnbox. Go to Repeat Crafter Me, she has lots of those hats, such as Owl, Mickey and Minnie, Penguin, Snowman you name she got and her instructions are very easy to follow. I have made several. I made her Bunny hat and Diaper cover last night. Will post a picture later. Good Luck and have a great day.
