Oh dear. I really hope you can find it by googling or check on Ravelry. Someone must have a pattern. Looks vintage to me.

Not being able to see it up close, I'm going to guess that this is actually worked in lacis, not crochet. From a distance it looks like filet crochet -and many early filet crochet pieces are copies of lacis patterns- but is is lacis worked on a net background.

Oh yes may be you are right. But I am sure I can crochet filet from this patterns. I have tool for making filet net but still did not have opportunity to try it
