I promise I'll have your squares to you before the end of next week. I was having such an issue with the pattern... then I realized I didn't really love the pattern. So I picked a different pattern and like it much better Does anyone else find that whether they realize it or not if they don't like a pattern it's much more difficult and doesn't turn out the way you think it shoulsd?

I have been using a old book "Crochted Socks" and some yarn that was so purchased so long ago, it is sill in a solid state. The heel was way too wide, so I ripped out the toe to the heel to start over. I have never used/learned esc- extra single crochet and lssc- Long split single crochet.
Trying to keep my mind "young". I am making the "easy " pattern, but it should didn't turn out the way I thought. You are not alone.:0

I am quite surprised how quickly you got the squares. Our post office in Canada isn't known for its speed. With all the squares you have received you should be kept very busy. Post the end results when you are finished so we can see your handiwork for ourselves.
