My organization
I don't know in what order these are. The one of the plastic box is a tackle box from Walmart for around $9 and it works great. I can turn it upside down and it stays in the compartments. It holds hooks of different sizes and most of my extras like tapestry needles and labels. The yarn in one shot is odds and ends and smaller batchs of different yarns. The other is the floor where I have most of the thread. The other shot is the boxes I made into extra shelves for yarn that has more skeins alike. The other shots are something Mama and I made. You take a quilted placemat and fold it up in almost half. I then ran a piece of eleastic across it and I have my extra hooks in it. It fold shut and has a ribbon to close it. Mama used them for note pads. She made them to fit the small notepads but I knew it would hold hooks well. I didn't get the picture of it closed but it looks like a book and has a ribbon tie to close it.

I love the fabric crochet hooks holder, the fabric is really pretty. You have a lot of yarn and I know you crochet a lot so you need a lot of yarn, LOL I really like the plastic compartment dealie. Great pics, thanks for sharing!!

I don't remember specific colors but I know there are a lot of cotton skeins. Like Christmas when it comes.

What an awesome idea, Barbara. I can't wait to read/see the ideas of my fellow hookers. Landon, love the shelves. Faye, love the fabric hook holder, and boxes organized by color. Now I am going to go organize and take pictures.
Annette
P.S. How did you know my New Year's resolution was to be more organized? My husband laughed and rolled his eyes when I shared this with him.
