It's made in Canada by Spinright . They bought Peaches & Cream years ago, don't think they sell under that name any more. n You can but online, & have an online outlet store.

I have used it for dish cloths, but Hobby Lobby has their own brand of cotton that is very soft and can be used for just about anything.
