Crocheting Exercises
I had come across a paper that I wrote down exercises for crocheting. I'm not sure where the paper is now but it says after crocheting( I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to do crochet exercises every half hour) to stand up and do 10 forward shoulder rolls and 10 backwards shoulder rolls; 10 leg lifts - forward and back and to stretch your arms out - stretching your fingers and then go to the kitchen and have a big glass of water.
Crocheting can be a work out.
I don't do crocheting exercises every half hour like it says.
It looks like the paper with the crochet exercises is back in with my yarn.
