Okay ladies, rub it in. I'm jealous. My sister lives in Orange Beach, Alabama, I may just have to invite myself down if this winter is bad! It's getting cold and rainy here in Iowa, the autumn leaves drift by my window, wait, where's the music! I've got 5 projects going. Just got some tunisian hooks with a 44" cord! I'm doing a scarf the long way with a 200 chain foundation. You know me and foundation chains! It's kind of soothing. Barb, this is my first tunisian project and I think I'm actually going to finish it! I'm using a hand dyed varigated hand spun yarn in blueberry, purple and a tiny bit of pink, you know that color you sometimes find on almost ripe blueberries? It's so scrumptious, and smells good, too. Almost like pot-pourri. If I get it done and can figure out where my camera is, I'll put a picture on. I know, promises, promises! Caro

Hi Mash52,
I take a needle and work my tails with it going one direction and then I double back on it going in the same direction with the thread. This seems to work for me, but I doubt there is a way to always keep an end from showing now and then. I always try to put it into an area that is rather thick so the tail won't show also.
