snowflake pattern wanted.

i wish to make a christmas tree skirt and i have one to follow.. I found another image and wish to make the snowflake that is has.. it is a Mary Maxim pattern and out of stock .. but i just need to know how to make the white snowflake that is in the image.. .. tks... Dotty
