Yeah, you're holding back on us! Regarding the other subject...I got three boxes of yarn Wednesday! One from elann, one from Lion Brand and one from Knitpicks. Yes, I know I said I wasn't going to buy anymore yarn. What can I say, Beatrice made me do it!
The yarn from Knit Picks is for my son. He wants a Dr. Who scarf which is something like 10 feet long! I am going to make it as long as I can before Christmas and then add on whenever I can get it off him! Lion Brand right now has some beautiful cashmere blend yarn and alpaca in their 50% off clearance, the parchment is especially yummy, I HAD to get more to finish my niece's scarf and gloves, I also had to get a little bit extra for me,(she said innocently!) I think they have free shipping through today, couldn't see if there was a minimum purchase. The elann box has 3 different black yarn(s) for my son's significant other, for a shawl for Christmas, too. I couldn't know which one to use until I saw them all, could I? SIGH! So much yarn, so little time! Oh, Knitpicks has come nice shawl sticks for a not bad price. I got some and I like them. Very cool this morning here in the midwest. Trying to warm up my hands to crochet. Hmmm, maybe if I do some dishes, it will warm me up enough. Makes me want to go back to sleep! LOL, Caro

I had a bad day yesterday! I cleaned house and washed clothes. This is seriously interferring with my crocheting. Betty was talking about her pug and guessed that he might be more company than a man. I want to say here I wouldn't trade my puppies for a man, for sure! I might use a man around the house doing chores but he can't come between me and my pooches.

He is sooo cute! And I'm not really a dog person!
Faye-you really cleaned your house instead of crocheting? I agree-you had a really bad day!!!!!!
My Man is pretty good to me so I don't think I'll trade him in for a dog! At least not yet!!

If used car salesmen --excuse me--people were smart ( I hope no one here is or is married to related to, etc..) they would add cute friendly sweet dogs to their selling tactics! Buy a car, pet my dog, adopt a dog, something like that. Animals are excellent at selling themselves!! I know when I laid eyes on Smudge when I saw him as a 6 month old kitten in the Humane Society Adoption center, he jumped up on my lap and proceeded to roll onto his side and looked up at me! I folded like a cheap rug and still do every single day!! LOL
