Im thinking of embroidery the year on it even though I doubt I'll make another one, as much as a LOVE this one it takes a lot of time, and if you get behind a few days oye to catch up!

I think if I ever make one, I will make it as a scarf!! Not so much to do each day! LOL!! I like your idea of embroidering the year on your blanket.

Hello all!!

I told you earlier that I would post photos of the boat pillow I made for our friend, when I finished it. I have posted it on the Pictures part of CT and some of you have seen it already. I wanted to also post it here, where I originally said I would.
I gave the pillow to our friend, Mark this past Sunday, when we were all on anchor together. He loves it!!! I have added some gold cord on the tops of the stacks. So, here are the pics.....

Here is Mark's original drawing of what he wanted.

Nancy, Mark & me. He wouldn't smile, because he is wearing braces. He had mouth surgery.


I am so glad he likes it! Looks like I need to tighten the gold trim on the right stack.
