What do you think of this border? or do you think that 2 rnds. of a sc border would be better, maybe ea row in a different color? or maybe just aslip stitch border?

Hi Jean Marie,
I agree that one or two rows of a single crochet border would look nice and it would not take away from the look of the blanket. Another nice stitch for borders is the crab stitch.
What ever you decide I am sure it will be lovely.

I personally would not put a border on it as I look at it. Maybe ask a friend who can see it. That is a wonderful project and so colorful. Great job.

Thanks Dafy! It would have been better if I had put the front sides of the squares together so the slip stitching would have been on the back side. The slip stitching is on the front side which makes the back side look like the front. I crocheted the sc border on what looks like the good side (even though the good side (the side I didn't sip stitch on) is the back side).

Hi mnleona,
Thanks! I had thought it looked good without a border too but a border makes it look more even. I'll have to take a picture and post it.

Maybe a white (to match the stitching) double shell boarder? Nice job.
