Need Help Looking for Newborn Vintage Bonnets
I am looking for vintage newborn bonnets to crochet.. free would be so awesome if possible.
I have never altered patterns to make them smaller, I truly wouldn't know where to start.

Thank you, this is the site I am on right now, some of their patterns say infant.. but the are 6 months or older
But I do love that site.

It might be best not to go real vintage or antique because they used different threads that are no longer available and often used very small hooks. Look further into ravelry if none of these work for you - a modern pattern would probably be easier to understand and follow.
