I finished 9 butterfly shawls for the ladies in the nursing home. It's too hot most of the time to work on the homeless sleeping mats, so that is going slow. So I decided to design a different shawl - it has dragonflies in it and is turning out gorgeous. I had to rip back 3 times but I finally got it down. I will send a picture when I get it finished.

Hi Ms. Dale,
I would love to see pictures of your shawls. I have a pattern for a crochet butterfly shawl but haven't started on it yet.

Hello Ms Dale,
I would so like to see your dragonflies when you get done. I would also like to have the pattern, if that's okay?

I have been making healing afghans in Red Heart Burgundy. the color stands for the color of Jesus blood and I put one row of white along the border which stands for the Holy Spirit. I use the c2c pattern.
I am also crocheting hats and scarfs for the homeless.

Faerie tales are true because they tell us dragons can be beaten!
