Hope I am correct with this - convert the cm to inches for example. 11cm is 4.5" Make two this length. When you see x 2 that mean crochet 2. Go online an find a conversion chart for cm to inches and a needle size chart. Sometimes you may also mm conversion so look for that also. Good luck I hope this will help
