I took a pic of what I did in size 10 cotton with a 1.5 mm hook ( your pattern calls for a 3.5 mm hook and yarn ) I extended the pattern by one repetition,( the pattern is a repeat every 4 rows , you know ) the chart is not the size of the finished shawl, you must repeat the pattern to the size you want. The Utube video is in 8 parts and the music is terrible, but you can see it crocheted at woolpedia/english search Utube.

I have this on my serious to-do-soon list, can't decide on my yarn yet but I love that Lady Dee yarn Julia uses, which is not what I'm picking from at all for mine, but still it's lovely! I have the English 4 part tutorial on it, HD videos, but would also love a written pattern for it!

It is the Virus Shawl, which is an odd name for one, but it's so pretty. I love this shape, triangle anything, and this one is so delicate. I mentioned on another comment that I have the 4 part tutorial in great quality, but thank you for converting this chart/graph because I'm not up on them well yet and am going to copy/paste your conversion - thank you SO much for doing it!!

I'm adding this link with another long list of sites here to go with your list, it's from my blog site in Nov of last year. I'll add yours to mine and post it on a blog post again when I can get to it, so thx for sharing! http://soulshinecreationsbysusan.com...savings-sites/

You're welcome,Susan. This is a cool new technique for me-this pattern grows by the end "bubbles" , the way they increase the rows is why it's called virus is my guess.

Kitty, stay on that page and just scroll all the way down to English. Click on Assessories. Click on Shawl. You will find it!
