convert crochet diagram into words

I worked it in size 10 thread and it looks like eyelet lace. What are you making? It looks like a necklace or an insert for a low neckline. I would use a yarn that isn't too hairy so the lace shows .you're welcome.

Thanks again check the att. link. I found it on youtube. I like the
yarn and the color I am not sure what will be a US version of this yarn.
( am not very familiar with all the crochet yarn/thread). Any help will be
appreciated.
