What kind of crocheter are you?

    I'm not a slow crocheter
    I'm not a fast crocheter
    I'm a half-fast crocheter

I think when I'm crocheting I'm half fast. Counting takes time I think. My problem is not having alone time. I really am not complaining I like people around. Its just when I seem to be making head way I have to stop. Oh well.

If I'm not following a pattern, nor writing it down as I go, then I'm fast. If I am following a new pattern, I'm kind of slow.

I am slow if it is a new pattern that I'm doing but when I'm doing one I have done before I am half fast.

I'm a fast crocheter. On a new pattern, I fuss with the stitch pattern, then I just go fast again. Kind of like when I talk, heck, I'm Italian. LOL!!!

Well I have to admit I am a slow crocheter, But am getting nothing done now. As soon as I pick up my crochet Tom wants something, so have to get it, then when I sit back down my dog will jump on my lap.I don't have a chance. Neither one wants me to crochet..

The jig's up, ladies. This discussion thread was meant as a joke. Someone I knew many years ago had a plaque in her kitchen. On this plaque was this:
    "I'm not a slow cook.
    I'm not a fast cook.
    I'm a half-fast cook."

Say half-fast ten times real fast. Get it???

Now we can all laugh our socks off and get the lead out of our half-fast crocheting.

Now this sounds familiar. At times I feel like I'm on a roll and the clock and the tummy says... TIME to COOK. Plus the kitty is desperately saying "FEED ME." And hubby is strolling through the room saying, "Stitch, stitch, stitch" and I lose my focus!
