    Tootsie Wrap Around Booties

    I have crocheted the Tootsie wrap around booties, but I can't quite get how to assemble the pieces correctly. I have found one place that did have some info, but still didn't quite get it. Can someone please help me with this?? I am making them for a baby shower tomorrow and need to get it done fast. I would appreciate any help possible.
