    Cool Foreign Language Translator

Ladies have you ever come across a foreign crochet website
    and can't understand the language?
All you need to do is use this translator...
Just type in the url and what language you want to translate to...English
and it does all the translating for you and you can read those patterns.
The russian sites have tons of beautiful patterns you never see here.
    Good Luck and Happy Crocheting!

Mrs. P, I speak Spanish and I've seen many patterns that take a lot of time to translate to English. It takes me quite a while and then I get some words wrong. I'm gonna give this a try. Thanks.

I have also found a lot of Russian language patterns. Some are truly exquisite and detailed. Using a translator program is really helpful, at best and really hilarious at its quirkiest! I happen to have a couple of Russian-speaking friends that I would like to enlist for translating but I don't know if they are familiar with crochet terminology. Quite often I find a graph accompanying the written instructions and can figure out the pattern using the written pattern, the graph and and photo. Gives a really great feeling when I can make something that looks even close to the original!

Thanks for this info, I am making note of this one. My computer sometimes has the translation available, but once in a while it hasn't worked, so this will be helpful.
    Thanks,
    Judi G
