Do you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer? If so, you should only have to click on the file. If not, you can download a free Adobe Reader to be able to view it. Other than that, I do not know if I can help.

Hello again thanks for your input Cindy and bluemntgirl, I do have Adobe and even installed the latest one, but it isn't working for me for some reason. Must be something to do with my setup so I will have to investigate further. Thanks for the suggestions.
