Where to start?

Good afternoon to all the wonderfully talented crocheters here. I found this pattern on the Russian site (I think) Klubka.net. But I'm not great at diagrams, so I don't know where / or how to start this square. But I'm confident I can find help here.

Hi! Can't help with stitches but I would say the square starts with the flower. Someone else will be able to help with the stitch diagram I am sure.
