    Yarn no1 and crochet hook is 1.5mm for 3-7 months

    Yarn no2 and crochet hook is 2-2.3mm for 9-12 months

    Yarn no2 and crochet hook is 2.5-2.7mm for 15-17 months

    This is the best I can do. So sorry. From the comments I've read, the pattern is a bit confusing. Especially for row 17. Maybe you'll have better luck with it.
