Senck: I have been "retired" since October 2011 and I love it. I putter, do a few chores and crochet my little ol' heart out. The wife of the doc that I had worked for x 5 years said to me one day "I don't know what you do all day". Well honey, let me show you!!! I was medical transcriptionist, front office help, took care of their Bischon Frisee walking, feeding, babysitting weekend and holidays, took their son back and forth to school, to tennis lessons, picked him up, got him fast food, and the list goes on. Such a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I was only 6 months from being 65 so it was a good thing. On SS it is less money but so much less stress. Enjoy your new free time. Shirley
