A fellow Yarner
Hi all, its good to be here. I've been crocheting and knitting for 5 yrs. now and loving every minute of it.
Have just recently joined my ladies yarning group at church and the things we make we donate to the needy, homeless, social services etc. and have so much fun doing it.
Athough we're living on the W. coast, home is in NC. Lived in beautiful Denver for 3 yrs and that's where our hearts are.
I have introduced myself a couple of times so maybe I'm not doing it quite right...if not, sorry.
Take care!

Hi Landon, I do have some of my afghans, baby blankets and am now doing the Christmas tree skirt. I'll have to get hubby to help me get pics, scan them and put them on here.
Can you tell I'm somewhat computer illiterate? Hey! I'm learning though.
Thanks for the warm welcome!

Hi kl, I've never made doileis. I have a sample of one to crochet that I hope to try soon. I'm hooked on afghans, baby blankets, scarfs, tree skirts and I hope to learn alot more from this site as well as the group from church.

Kl1000 or Larissa puts together absolute masterpieces, wait til she posts some of her work. We have several folks on here who make doilies and each and every one it truly magnificent and I think should be in museums!
I look forward to seeing your work!! We all started somewhere on these machines, there is so much to learn and do in technology and computers!! And crocheting and knitting and so much more, isn't there?
