    I am new to this site. My grandmother taught me to crochet. I love to crochet afghans and always looking for new patterns.

    Welcome from Wisconsin. I bought a book of different crochet stitches. By. Marie Noelle Bayard from Amazon. Never knew there was so many stitches. Title is Crochet. techniques stitches patterns. I am using the star stitch to make. Ten rows off white. Ten rows of shaded Browns. Ten rows of shaded Browns with a little blue in it. For afghan. Hope that helps.
