Newbie

Hi Everyone,
I have been crocheting for at least 30 or more yrs and enjoy it. I have knitted some but not my favorite. I also am a quilter and like to do crafts and read need more time in the day to do things even tho I'm retired still don't have the time. At this time of the yr I try to crochet because it's colder when we get to April or so it gets to hot here in Fl. to do big crochet projects. I just finished a baby granny square afghan must admit I hate all that sewing together. I like to do granny squares with three colors and make lap quilts I find I can watch TV and not have to pay a lot of attn when I'm tired and just want to stay awake doing something. I will look forward to meeting everyone and seeing the projects and if I can help anyone with a problem I'll be happy to try. Sue

I think those are amazing. I have never tried them they look confusing to me. Do you have to use the crochet thread? Sue
