not really new but it has been awhile
Hi all I am not a new member but I have not been on CT for some time. I live in Kentucky and have been crocheting off and on well over 35 years actually closer to 40. I crochet a little of everything clothes, afghans, amigurumi. I am currently working on a UK blanket for my granddaughters other Grandpa who is a huge UK fan, I started a Tigger today, I have a peppermint afghan in progress and I am crocheting ruby red slippers for my granddaughters halloween costume. I already made her witches tutu (she is going to be the cutest wicked witch. and mom and dad are going to dress up as flying monkeys) I just finished a winnie the pooh for my Granddaughter who just turned 1 (she apparently really loves it she tackle hugs it every day) I also just finished a pineapple shawl for my mother in law. I ussually never have less then 5 crochet projects going at the same time It keeps be from getting bored with the same ole stitches.

I want to try it in the near future, and I LOVE LOVE your Pooh, he's wonderful! There are the CUTEST amigurumi patterns out there. It seems that it would be stressful to do, though. I crochet for relaxation, and peace. Even though I've been crocheting for decades, I prefer the easy, beginner patterns.
