    Cool Hi De Ho, Good neighbor!

    Stumbled across this chat site from a youtube video by DZ Creations. I would consider myself a newbie in crochet. I seem to have gotten back into crochet around Christmas time, of course. My most current project is a mascot character beanie, taking bits and pieces from online videos to create the finished project. I am slowly learning to read a pattern. I was taught crochet by an older relative when I was just a kid. I hope to gain some advise from the experience of others. Can't wait to see some of the projects that everyone is working on, sounds like fun. Hope to make new friends and learn a lot. Bye, see you later!

    Welcome to the forum! A lot of us were taught to crochet by older people in our lives! In my case. my great grangmother taught me!
