Hi Charles and welcome to our crochet community. I am always eager to learn new things, so please wax on. I am an afghan maker but am branching out learning new crochet patterns. I used to crochet when I was young and then put it down and just forgot that I knew how. Then one day I was watching a tv program and remembered, hey! I know how to do that. Picked it up again about 6 years ago and haven't stopped crocheting since then. I have made a lot of afghans for the girls in my family.

Itīs so nice to see another Canadian here. I donīt know of any crocheters local to me. Iīm sure there are some, but they don't seem to show up to stitching night events and such. At least I can meet people in online communities. It's nice to "virtually" meet you, here.
