Roll Call for Night Owls/Daytime Chat Season 19
I hope it's OK, but I started a new thread.
I took yesterday off, and really enjoyed myself. Did nothing. I mean nothing...except crochet of course. I almost am finished with a scrubby I am trying to create. Picture to follow.
It is not as hot as before, the storms have come through and that always helps, now if the humidity would leave us we would be in good shape.

It is always fun to start a new pattern. I like the anticipation. Is this a doily or a mat?

Good morning,
Well it cooled down for one day, we're back to hot and muggy again in Florida.
Trude: Way to go, those are the best days when you do what u actually feel like doing and not what has to be done.
I started on one of the Xmas gifts for my youngest granddaughter yesterday.
Have a great and blessed day everyone....Isabelle

Trude: Thanks for starting the post. I will try to get hold of butterflyrose. It is not like her to be off for a few days! Hope her hubby is OK. I spent most of yesterday with my daughter, having lunch, shopping and checking out yarn! Today I will crochet! Love, Shirley

I'm back at it today. I think that the little bedroom might actually get clean sheets put on the bed today. Yippee! That means I am finished in there.
Does anyone know what you cab substitute for soap in the dishwasher? Payday isn't til Friday, and I sure need to do dishes before then.

Trude: substitute for dishwasher, if u have antibacterial soap use 1 tbsp and if u hv pots n pans add 1 tbsp white vinegar... or 1 tbsp baking soda with 1 tbsp borax.
