Jean Marie, I am copying some info for the 2014 meeting to give to my friend who wants to come. I need to make sure she still wants to come and understands that I cannot help much, if any, with expenses. I want to come so bad but hoping I can save up a little money between now and then. I feel like such a bum!... with no money I really should stay home I guess! If I can help with gas I will, but it doesn't look too good right now. I know I have a bed at Kaye's house, and I have a ride with Shirley if I stick to that plan. . I am not quite sure what to do about riding with my friend ( and really, I do appreciate..her offer.) I need to make sure she understands my situation. I know Faye is looking forward to me staying with her sister and meeting her mother who is about my age I guess. And Trude and I are supposed to share a bed/room at Kaye's house. I really don't want to disappoint Faye and I don't know what to do at this point. I need to talk to my friend I think. Please don't change the plans for the ride with Shirley yet or the stay at Faye's sister's house just yet until I talk with my friend here.I will try to talk to my friend this week and let you know after Jan 1 what my plans are going to be. . If you are going to Tennessee in June of 2014, I need to know.

1. Let me know if you are going by car.

2. Let me know if you need someone to pick you up for the meeting in 2014 and I'll see what I can do.

3. Tell me the route that you are going to go to Tennessee and if you're willing to pick up someone else who needs a ride along the way.

4. If you are willing to pick up someone who needs a ride, I'll see if I can find a different route for you to take if need be so you can pick someone up.

5. If you need a ride, don't be afraid to ask.

Jean Marie, where can I find more information on the 2014 meeting?? I have looked and cannot find anything more . I need phone numbers for reservations, exact location of meeting , etc. Can it be posted again?

Patty did you go to the group section and look for the info there? We have some money saved and we may come up with more to help with finances so don't give up yet. Hon I will be disappointed if you don't come and we may be able to pay part or all of your tab for transportation. Everyone has money problems at times so you are in good company. More info will be forthcoming in the next few months.

The first weekend in June the 6th, 7th and 8th. There is a post with all the info on it and I am trying to find it and bump it back up. If anyone can find it that would be a big help so we don't have to post all that material again. We are meeting at Fall Creek Falls State Park and you can read about the park on the net. We have around $400 for help with the meeting and we may do another raffle to get more money to help with expenses for those attending. If anyone would like to make an afghan for the raffle it would be great. It will need to be special so we can get a lot of interest in the raffle.
