Thinking of you!!! My husband had a detached retina some years ago. A "plastic buckle" was put in. Ok since then-may be this will give you some encouragement. Keep us informed!! imalefty

Hi, just now prayed for u. and hurrying now to tell u not to worry at all because my mother too had bad retina detachment years ago and it was surgically set right. The best part of it was her eye sight post op was fine and she tailored/stitched lot of stuff for my boys. So just relax, because it is very very important that u don't feel any stress because that impacts the problem. Everything will be fine, keep up your great humor -( do u know I have laughed and laughed at the funny lovely way u have written some of the posts). Will continue praying for u. So sorry to hear of your eye problems Faye, you are in my prayers as well. Keep your good attitude and you will get through this. Nice to hear some of the others stories of going through it and coming out fine on the other side.
