Welcome back my friend! I wish I could reach thru my computer and give you a hug and then help you with your pc problem. If you tell me what it is doing maybe I can..but since your friend is coming home she is probably a better choice...computer problems is better fixed hands on.. good luck and if there is anything I can do let me know..kk
