for another day
for one of my worries that is gone for now
even for all the rain we've had, and it just started raining again, the down side to this is it is delaying the road work around my neighborhood, due to the rain.
the city finally got the go ahead to fix the streets ,,,(the streets really need the repairs), most of my neighbors including myself, either have trucks or jeeps or suv's.
I am very grateful for my best friend. We try to get together about every 1 or 2 months and spend quality time together. We're each other's sounding board. We had a lot to discuss and we really laughed alot. We enjoyed early dinner at Red Lobster! Thank you Lord for best friends!
Today I am grateful for my smoke detectors in my apartment even though they have been BEEPING since last night!! I know they are here to keep me safe and I appreciate that! I am also grateful for the SUN coming out today and hopefully melting the rest of the ice and snow we have here. I am grateful I have my home to be home bound in and that I do not HAVE to get out in this cold mess!
Today I am grateful for recognizing more feelings I eat to protect and being able to journal about them and discuss with my therapist. I am grateful that I have the ability to learn how to make my life better!
Today I am grateful that the sun is shining more than just ten minutes. I am grateful that I finally finishe the granny square afghan that I started a year ago! Ha! It didn't beat me. I finished the ruffled border last night, Feb.24. I will post along with the OSU afghan I made in 6 weeks. I am grateful that I can crochet. I am grateful that I have grandchildren to make the afghans for! Thank you God!
