I think everyone here are the better person especialy if you are different. Don't follow the steps you were raised in whether that means not including those who think you are the black sheep. We all are better than that. I think we are more mature and fun loving and caring than those who treat us like the black sheep.

Ya know, in my Mother's case, I honestly believe that she had not one clue about what she was robbing herself of or what she robbed her 3 daughters of. We missed out on so much, ALL of us in my immediate family missed out on so much. It is no wonder that I became an alcoholic and an emotional eater. I am grateful for the access I have to therapy and the information that I need to get better.

I went to a great counselor for 3 years. That little East Indian lady helped me more than she'll ever know. She helped me to laugh at mself, and I learned that I had a sense of humor and that m needlework and crochet work was beauiful and that people really did like what I had to offer as a person and a crafter. yup my mom missed out on life....and she's still living...she wants everything to be perfect when life isn't.... I tried to show/tell her that her mistakes, although well hidden in the closet, was OK because we are all learning and trying our best....what mistakes? Sighs, so congrats to us all....
