I don't care for lemon that much but I was making chocolate desserts for them and their 2 teenage sons and the wife told me that Rip (my cousin) VanWinkle loves lemon and I made them lemon desserts and then she said that the rest love chocolate so I try to switch it up. lol

sounds wonderful...I do so enjoy cooking/baking for others, that is why I had a restaurant back in 80's ( city bought the block so lost it )...but I still do for anyone and everyone

LOL...would have to send in dry ice to keep fresh that long of a way...does sound good...red velvet cake w/cream cheese frosting...mind you i do everything from scratch...MMM
