It really is crazy that she has to be put in the Hospital to get financial help from Medicare, but rules are rules. Hope that she has made it through this Christmas season!
My aunt was here for Christmas. She had a good day that day. My son drove up here from Minneapolis to surprise her. She saw him when he came into her room and her whole face just lit up. Hugs were shared by all. Laughter mixed with tears.
The next day she passed away.
I am with my cousin and will be for at least the next week. She has been his life and work for the last few years. She needed more and more are, and it fell to him until he couldn't do it anymore.
Thank you for your prayers.
I am so sorry to hear of your aunts' passing. Being able to spend Christmas with her was such a blessing for all of you. She is now watching over everyone.
