I started to clean my kitchen. It is a little difficult because I have to use the walker and crutches but my daughter and grandson helped me a little bit. We cleaned out the bottom cupboards and did inventory on the cans and jars and cereal. We washed out the cupboards and put the food back in. I am going to buy some shelf paper and put in the shelves also. I also did the drawers by the stove also. I washed all the dishes in the top cupboard on one side. While my grandson and daughter washed out the cupboard. I am going to take a break tomorrow then do some more on Saturday. I am making a list as I go for what I need for each room so that when the yard sales come along and when we see something on sale I will know what I am looking for.

    Master Bedroom...

I removed all items on my dresser and used Murphy Oil Soap to clean my dresser. Then, I put some of the items back on the dresser; others were stored! What a difference that made in the look of my dresser! I also tossed a few items.

    Family Room...

I rearranged the family room, swiffered the floor and picked up and put away a few items.

    Other chores done:

Washed dishes, organized toiletries, made the bed, cleaned an area rug

I met the challenge and found 10 items to put in my charity box. Clothing, binoculars, lotions!

Think I'll continue this challenge of finding 10 items per day for 10 days. That's 100 items!

Today I organized and tossed away items that were in my breakfast cabinet. Now, it'll be neatly arranged with my oatmeal, coffees, cocoa, teas, creamers and sugar. I use a pretty tray to hold most of these items. And I have my sugar packets in a pretty milk white pedestal bowl.

I have worked in my garage also. I have tossed and sorted many items. Many items will be donated. I still have much to do and I'm excited about the progress I made today.

Yesterday, my older daughter did some clerical work for me. She also mopped the kitchen and breakfast area along with the entryway this week. The guest bathroom was done by her too! She tidied the patio 2x this week. This mama is smiling all the way!
