Growing up ice cream was a treat. My dad loved ice cream and we would have the Schwan's ice cream truck stop by and would buy 5 gallon tins of ice cream. We usually got what my Dad liked, cherry nut, maple nut and vanilla. These are all good, but I think my favorite is Tin Roof Sundae-it has chocolate nuts, caramel and vanilla and is ohhhh soooo good. I also like to stop at an ice cream shop where they have flavored ice cream bursts, this is vanilla ice cream with different flavors around the outside such as banana, green apple, raspberry, cotton candy...very good. Actually....Ice Cream of most any flavor is a very tasty treat.

Pistachio almond, choc. chip mint, cappuccino, strawberry, vanilla(endless combinations),chocolate almond. Whatever's in the freezer at the time! LOL!

Right now I have Chapman's (a Canadian company) peanut butter chocolate crunch bars and they are yummy. Frozen vanilla yogurt bars are a favourite, too.
