How wonderful! I live in the country in southern Illinois and we get those animals here too plus a few others. I could do without the coyotes that pick off our farm cats and the red-tailed hawks that swoop down and grab my younger chickens but I do love watching nature at work.

Larisa, this is my 4th Pom I have had, they are so loving to their owners, But usually not crazy about strangers. But they are very delicate. I have to have this BooBoo operated on her leg, some one from health care step on her and hurt her leg. And it is going to cost me $1,500, to have it done. But she is worth it.

I see about your dog. I am so busy with my work and cannot have a dog.... I have birds which spend time one with another...

Hello girls, I too love the wildlife and really love seeing the pictures. One time (last summer I think it was) my boys found a baby raccoon and they brought it to me and I fed it with an eye dropper for about a month and then I took it to a pet place and they took it in and raised it to where it could be turned out in the wild again. It was getting big enough it was beginning to climb out of the tub I had it in. It made the funniest chattering noise.
I am glad I had that experience and helped a wild animal live. Patty
