    Boodamom sorry about your son I am sure he will find his way back to you when he grows up a little. Sorry to say this but at 22 they are still stupid and they think they know it all. trust me my sons are 24 23 22 and 21

    your right the work is never done when you own your own home but I say it is a labor of love. This summer we were going to take the wall paper off the walls in the master bedroom and paint the walls, but we found out that our handyman is going to retire and move 3 1/2 hours away so I think we will be redoing the bathroom before he retires. The wallpaper may have to wait.
