Oh thank you! I found what was it! It s hexagon weaving loom. But they are expensive. May be I will find one who makes it for me here

you can easily make one yourself. Take an old picture frame and put in screws/nail in frame all the way around...VOILA!! Your cheap weaving loom :-)
