Wow nice! The checkerboard pattern reminds me of the NASCAR checkered flag!
Did you use soft boucle' yarn? I love that yarn but it can be difficult to work with when I have to frog. I need to be very careful pulling out stitches or I'll break my yarn off. But makes the softest scarves and mittens!
